How to use it
Work through the steps in order in one chat. Do the verification step yourself; don't skip it.
STEP 1 — Frame Ask: "I need to understand [TOPIC] for [PURPOSE]. What are the 5 key questions I should be able to answer?" STEP 2 — Map Ask: "Give a short overview, main viewpoints and key terms explained simply." STEP 3 — Source Ask: "List reliable sources I can open (official bodies, research, reputable outlets). Only include ones you are sure exist." STEP 4 — Verify (you do this) Open each source. Confirm the claim is really there. Cross-check key numbers in a second source. STEP 5 — Challenge Ask: "What is the strongest argument against this summary, and what might be out of date?" STEP 6 — Write up Ask: "Write a one-page summary for [AUDIENCE], with a sources list and a 'last checked' date."
Before you use it
Read every line first. Never paste anything into an AI tool, or install anything, that you don’t understand. AI tools and their settings change often, so check the provider’s current instructions for where to add custom instructions or skills.
