A focus-session timer (Pomodoro-style) for any WordPress site, with real session logging so you can see whether your focus rituals are actually happening, not just planned.

Configurable work/break lengths, a shortcode timer, and a personal session log for logged-in users — so the Overseer can see the sessions you actually completed, not the ones you meant to.

What’s included

Install it like any WordPress plugin: upload the zip via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin, activate, then drop the shortcode anywhere.
